WHAT TO EXPECT

Preparing for Your Appointment


Before scheduling an appointment at our showroom, you’ll need to know the date, venue, and guest count for your event. If applicable, we recommend bringing your event planner with you to help streamline the process. Not local to Dallas? Not a problem! We can easily conduct your appointment via video call.

Making Your Selections


On the day of your showroom appointment, one of our rental specialists will guide you through our extensive inventory of china, flatware, and glassware. We have three different tablescapes to help you draw inspiration, and you’ll also have the opportunity to browse bar fronts, stage facades, decorative walls, and more. After making your selections and confirming all of your event information, we’ll get to work creating a custom proposal based on your details.

Receiving Your Quote


Following your visit to our showroom, you’ll receive a detailed proposal and cost estimate based on the specific needs and quantities discussed during our appointment. After signing your contract and paying a deposit, your rentals are officially secured! Our team will remain available to answer questions and assist with any necessary adjustments all the way up to your event.
